حذف حساب طبيبكس
يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق، ولا تحتاج إلى إذن من أحد ولا إلى انتظار ردّ.
من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق طبيبكس.
- اذهب إلى حسابي.
- اضغط حذف حسابي في أسفل الصفحة.
- اقرأ ما سيُحذف وما سيبقى، ثم اكتب كلمة التأكيد.
يسري الحذف فوراً. تُلغى المواعيد القادمة تلقائياً.
إن لم يكن التطبيق على جهازك
راسلنا من رقم الهاتف نفسه المسجَّل في الحساب أو اذكره في الرسالة: info@baru-healthservices.com. نتحقق من أن الطلب منك، ثم ننفّذه خلال ٣٠ يوماً عملاً، وعادةً أسرع من ذلك بكثير.
ما الذي يحدث بالضبط
يُحذف ولا يمكن استرجاعه
اسمك، تاريخ ميلادك، جنسك، رقم هاتفك، وكل عنوان حفظته. بعد ذلك لا يستطيع أحد في طبيبكس ربط اسمك بأي شيء مما يبقى.
يبقى، والسبب
سجلك الطبي — الزيارات والملاحظات والوصفات ونتائج التحاليل — لأن السجل الطبي ليس لنا أن نمحوه من العيادة التي كتبته، ولأن الطبيب الذي وصف يبقى مسؤولاً عمّا وصف. وكذلك فواتيرك ومدفوعاتك، لأنها سجلات محاسبية. ولا يحمل أي منها اسمك بعد الحذف.
رقمك يعود متاحاً
يمكنك التسجيل مرة أخرى بالرقم نفسه متى شئت. سيكون حساباً جديداً لا يُربط بالسابق.
حسابات الكادر
إذا كنت تعمل في طبيبكس أو تقدّم الخدمة من خلاله، فلن يعمل الزرّ داخل التطبيق — حساب الكادر يُغلق عبر إدارة العمليات، لأنه يحمل سجلات سريرية يعتمد عليها آخرون. راسلنا على العنوان أعلاه.
Delete your TabeebX account
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app. You do not need anyone's permission and you do not have to wait for a reply.
In the app
- Open TabeebX.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account, at the bottom.
- Read what is deleted and what is kept, then type the confirmation word.
It takes effect immediately. Appointments still to come are cancelled automatically.
If you no longer have the app
Write to info@baru-healthservices.com from, or quoting, the telephone number on the account. We verify the request is yours, then action it within 30 days — usually far sooner.
Exactly what happens
Deleted, and not recoverable
Your name, date of birth, gender, telephone number, and every saved address. Afterwards nobody at TabeebX can link your name to anything that remains.
Kept, and why
Your medical record — visits, notes, prescriptions, test results — because a medical record is not ours to erase from the clinic that wrote it, and the doctor who prescribed remains accountable for having prescribed. Your invoices and payments, as accounting records. Neither carries your name once the account is deleted.
Your number is released
You can sign up again with the same telephone number whenever you like. It will be a new account, not this one returned.
Staff accounts
If you work for TabeebX or deliver care through it, the in-app button will refuse. A staff or clinician account is closed by operations, because it carries clinical records other people depend on. Write to the address above.
